Workplace and Communications
- Provision and technical support of an automated workplace (AWP) with operating systems (OS), a basic set of proper software installed on the workstation of the customer organization. AWP elements may include monitor, system unit, keyboard, mouse, monoblocs, laptops, uninterruptible power supply devices, etc.
- Provision and technical support of mobile devices (tablets/smartphones). May include "Corporate owned devices" (COD) as well as "Bring your own device" (BYOD).
- Provision and technical support of separate and network multifunctional devices, printing, scanning, copying and faxing devices, office equipment (projectors, LCD panels, control devices, etc.). The service includes maintenance of the necessary software and hardware.
- Provision of availability of shared printing resources. Pay-by-page option is possible. Includes office printing infrastructure management, access control (print queue with authorization), maintenance of printing devices (printers, plotters, MFDs, copying and duplicating equipment, etc.), maintenance of the necessary software, hardware, including provision and installation of printing consumables.
- Provision and technical support of the local IT infrastructure (servers, storage systems, backup and recovery systems, virtual infrastructure, server operating systems, etc.).
